The will be a Total Lunar Eclipse. Think of this as a Full moon that is 10X!!!!!!
A full moon occurs every month, this is when the sun and moon are opposite. A total lunar eclipse occurs when the Sun, Moon and Earth align closely, that the earth blocks the sun's light from reaching the moon, instead of the sunlight directly on the moon the earth takes on that light and causes the earth's shadow to be seen on the moon's surface, giving it a reddish-orange colour.
